8.2. When such a transfer occurs to a country that has not been the subject of an Adequacy Decision by the European Commission, we guarantee that it will only be carried out if Adequate Safeguards are provided, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR. Such safeguards usually consist of the conclusion of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission with the receiving entities.
8.3. By using the website and providing your personal data, the User acknowledges and agrees to this potential transfer, provided that appropriate legal safeguards are implemented.
